Returns
Return Policy:
• We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund, and eligible for store credit within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original condition with tags attached.
• Sale items are non-refundable but can be exchanged for store credit.
• International orders, sample sale and items marked final sale are ineligible for return.

Exchanges:
• We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item. If the item you want to exchange is out of stock, we will issue a refund.
• Items must be returned in original, unused condtion with tags attached within 14 days of delivery.
• International Orders: We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
Order Issues:
·If there is a problem with the item you received, please email us at info@maxsimplenyc.com with photos of the issue within 3 days of delivery so we can assist you.
· Any defective items must be returned to us within 30 days after receiving your return label to qualify for a refund. Return shipping fees will be waived for any items that are incorrect or defective.
Refunds:
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your returned items.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
